With our "people first" philosophy and continuous support system, we have guided numerous families throughout Canada in beginning their journey to homeownership, typically within two to three years.

Our approach to homeownership is simple

Step 1. Find Your Home

Finding the perfect home can be a daunting task. We'll dedicate time to comprehend your needs, establish an appropriate budget, and pair you with our top realtor to guarantee your successful journey to homeownership.

Step 2. Moving-in and build

Once we have identified your Rent-to-Own home, we will purchase it on your behalf. You can move into your new home as soon as the transaction closes, beginning to build equity towards home ownership. This process is usually between 24 - 36 months.

Step 3. Own Your Home

Upon completing the program, when you're prepared to proceed with the purchase, we will guide you through a straightforward buying process. There will be no showings, no bidding wars, and no concerns about market fluctuations.

What is the minimum requirement to start the Rent-to-Own program?

To participate in our Rent to Own Program, you'll need at least 3% of the home's purchase price or a minimum of $10,000, whichever is greater. If you're nearing this threshold, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team. We're eager to assist you in devising a strategy to reach the $10,000 or 3% goal.

In addition to the initial 3%, you or your household should have a steady income from full-time employment or self-employment.

How do I get approved and qualify for the Rent-to-Own program?
